Refund policy

Returns

We aim to please, but if an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale

You are responsible for the shipping costs for your return. Please provide a tracking number for the return shipment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, so if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming that we have received your return and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Cancellations

We only accept cancellations in very limited circumstances. Please contact us. All cancellations carry an administrative charge of $5.00.
