If you live in Toronto, ask for curbside pickup! We can accommodate pick up in the Roncesvalles area.

For tracked shipping, please select & pay for tracked service during checkout. Canada Post tracked shipments take on average 2-5 business days.

Unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery times for untracked letter mail. Usually delivery standard for letter mail varies from 3-14+ business days within Canada, but due to Covid-19 delays continue to be expected (even within Toronto).

We can't take responsibility for delayed, lost or stolen packages.

USA

USPS First class: February 4 

We courier packages to the US and then ship via USPS. All packages have a tracking number. Delivery standard is 3-5 business days, but due to Covid-19 delays continue to be expected. USPS is not guaranteeing any delivery times at the moment.
