December Logo For CBC Arts

Every month, CBC Arts features a new take on the CBC Arts logo created by a Canadian artist. And I was truly honoured when I was asked to create the December logo for 2023. I wanted to create a cozy Winter scene full of feelings of home, family and the holidays.

The logo is hand-painted in Gouache.

Our Long Dash Print Featured on CBC's As It Happens

It's the end of an era, the Long Dash segment running on CBC for over 80 years got retired today. Malika created the time signal print as an homage to the quirky and nostalgic piece of history about 10 years ago, one of the first design for our paper good studio. Today she got interviewed by CBC's As it Happens to talk about the print and her connection to the Long Dash.
